A modern CNC milling machine – used in the manufacture of the moulds from which many of the airframe components are produced. This process ensures both highest quality and the highest level of repeatability – ensuring that each new wing panel is exactly the same as the last! Here the "black gold" for the wing panels is cut to shape. This combined in our unique wing construction technology is used to produce the high tec wings for which we are so well known.

A Kult fuselage during manufacture… precise lay up of the fabric ensures the high quality of the Tangent fuselages. The whole process is highly automated, requiring only the minimum of manual intervention. The finishing touches are best done by hand – the control surfaces are finished to the highest possible standard and the servo cables are pulled in by hand.
